Desert Christmas Jamaican Style

Christmas 2008 went very well. Thank you to Joy and Wolfgang for a fabulous Jamaican Christmas. Nicholas, Andrew, and I enjoyed the fantastic lunch of authentic Jamaican jerked chicken, ham, rice and peas made by Nicholas, Christmas pudding, and other wonderful fixings. Joy really did a fantastic job of bringing Jamaica to the UAE. This Christmas was dedicated to her mother and that made it even more special. The fact that we are here, far from home, brings family closer together. As you can imagine, it is hard to get into the true spirit of Christmas in the desert. Again, thank you Joy for making Christmas special for us.
