I know it has been awhile since my last blog, I am sorry but I have been a little busy with classes on-line. There hasn't been a whole lot going on in my life lately. We(family),have opened our doors to the Swiss Intern that was here a month ago. Caroline had to return to Switzerland for 30 days in order to re-enter the UAE. The Visa business is a very confusing one. The visa laws seem to want to change every other week. So welcome back to Caroline.
Just about a week ago I had the pleasure of sitting in on a presentation represented by the "Flower & Garden Club" which is made up of a large group of very very nice ladies from different places i.e, Indian, UAE, Egypt...One presentation was about plastic and our environment given by my cousin, Joy and the other was by a very sweet lady from Japan who's name has evaded me. I will post her name in an edit to this post a little later. Her presentation was about two particular arrangements with very particular symmetry. Apparently the degree in which parts of the arrangement and what it means. It was pretty intense and was an eye opener to those of us that had no clue about those matters. I really enjoyed her presentation and am posting pictures of her arrangements from beginning to end. Please forgive the quality as always, I had only my cell phone with me. I need to remember to take my camera with me everywhere I know.
