Healthy Recipe

Nancy you requested recipes. Here is a favorite of mine.
Of course everyone is welcome to this dish it is healthy for you. This recipe comes from a new friend I have here in the UAE. Apparently this dish is served at the palace quite often. It is a filler and if the first serving doesn't fill you up, go ahead have another.

Simple Simple Simple
I can't remember what it is called. Look for revised edition when my friend returns from Brazil.

Needs:

1 Bell Pepper (color of your choice) optional
2 cans of white tuna (drained)
8 to 9 oz mezze penne tricolor pasta
spinach(amt is your choice)I use tons of spinach
salt
pepper

Prep:

Boil pasta until it is a bit firm but done.
Dice the bell pepper real small, you may not want the whole bell pepper, depends on the size.
Chop and Cook spanich(just to heat it up)
Drain tuna and seperate
Seasoned oil(optional)

Mix:

Mix tuna, bell pepper, spinach, and pasta. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy. This dish can be eatin hot or cold.

Don't say a word about my ugly bowl, it was here before I arrived.
